Shipping policy
Every Unmask order is sent with tracking. Here's what to expect once you've placed your order.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive 6–10 working days after dispatch. Some international destinations can take up to 15 working days. These are estimates, and deliveries can occasionally take longer because of carrier or customs delays.
Shipping rates
- UK: £4.99, or free on orders of £50 or more (Buy 2 Get 2 Free and above).
- US: a small charge shown at checkout, or free on Buy 2 Get 2 Free and above.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the UK and the US.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. Any of these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Checking your address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can change the address as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery times above, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
