These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with UNMASK ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Our products

Unmask products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person, and reviews and photos on this website reflect individual experiences.

Always read the label and use products as directed. If you have sensitive skin, try the product on a small area first. Stop using it if irritation occurs. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, please wait until you've finished, or check with your doctor or midwife first. Use SPF every day while using Unmask.

Information on this website is general guidance and isn't medical advice. If you have concerns about your skin, speak to a doctor or dermatologist.

2. Orders

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, there is an obvious pricing error or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and offers

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is charged separately unless stated otherwise. Offers such as "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" apply as shown at the time of your order, and we may change or end offers at any time.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, rates and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and your cancellation rights are explained in our Refund Policy.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for losses caused by using a product other than as directed. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

All text, images and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
